Snack and Dinner 10/23

Snack: Apple sliced sprinkled with cinnamon, a little low fat plain yogurt and some crunchy peanut butter. Delicious. God bless cinnamon.


Someone brought these chocolates to work. They were bad. I ate one.

Snack at work: baby carrots




Dinner: Back from work at 10 pm! What to eat at that time? A little chicken with half a tomato and lots of edamame.

A small square of 86% chocolate and some Tazo calm tea

Workout for the day: 45 minutes treadmill = 35 minutes jogging + 10 minutes walking
