Yes, I talk about food a lot. I love it. Eating it. Cooking it. Learning about it. Nutrition fascinates me. I try to cook and eat healthily, that's my main goal in life. Sometimes I slip up and give in, life's too short and some things just taste too damn good.

Breakfast and Lunch 10/23
Dried plums -- they taste so yummy. I buy them organic in bulk.
Breakfast: Banana sprinkled with cinnamon with low fat plain yogurt. Toast with fig jam, ricotta and a cup of coffee with a splash of half and half. And two dried plums.
Snack post workout: cereal bar
Lunch (no picture): salad at Pita Pit with romaine, spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, feta cheese, tuna and a little Caesar dressing on the side.
