Snack and Lunch 10/20


Mid Morning snack: Oatmeal! Made with silk plain soymilk and frozen blueberries (that's why it turned it purplish) and just a sprinkling of almonds!


Late lunch. I know the visual looks disgusting. It does. Really. But it tasted amazing. Baby carrots with hummus and I drizzled my left over ginger sesame dressing from my Pei Wei salad over it. Then I scrambled an egg with a little dill and two slices of Hormel natural choice ham.
