Yes, I talk about food a lot. I love it. Eating it. Cooking it. Learning about it. Nutrition fascinates me. I try to cook and eat healthily, that's my main goal in life. Sometimes I slip up and give in, life's too short and some things just taste too damn good.

Breakfast and Lunch 10/22
Breakfast: Raspberries with low fat plain yogurt and almonds. Slice of Ezekiel sprouted grain toast with all natural crunchy peanut butter and mixed berry jam. Cup of coffee with splash of half and half.
Snack: Kashi cereal bar
Workout for the day: Step & sculpt class - 25 min step with two risers + 25 minutes scuplt + stretch
Lunch: Home made black beans! Baby carrots. Whole wheat pita pocket with half a tomato, half a slice of sharp cheddar cheese, chicken (left over from last night's dinner).
